How long does a typical website project take at Nervure?
Timeline depends on complexity. A basic 5-page showcase website usually takes 7–10 business days. Standard business sites — with a back-office, booking system or advanced features — take 2–3 weeks. For complex platforms such as e-commerce stores, web applications or bespoke multilingual projects, expect 4–8 weeks. We always provide a precise delivery schedule in our quote so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
Which pricing plan is best for my business?
Our 'Standard' plan is the most popular because it strikes the right balance between advanced functionality — admin dashboard, online booking, content management — and value for money. If you're just starting out or need a simple online presence quickly, the 'Basic' plan is a solid starting point. If your priority is selling online or automating lead generation, the 'Premium' plan is built for that. We always recommend the plan that fits your actual goals, not the most expensive one.
What is your payment structure?
We require a 20% deposit at project sign-off to get started and reserve your place in our schedule. The remaining 80% is only due once the project is delivered and you are fully satisfied with the result. We never request final payment before sign-off. Everything — scope, price, and timeline — is detailed in a written quote before work begins, so there are no surprises.
Will my website be mobile-friendly and SEO optimized?
Absolutely. Every website we build is 100% responsive and thoroughly tested across mobile, tablet and desktop. We also implement technical SEO as standard on every project: correct meta tags, semantic HTML structure, optimised loading speed and Google Search Console setup. For clients who want to go further, we offer in-depth SEO audits and content strategies as part of our dedicated SEO service.
Do you offer support after the website is launched?
Yes — every project includes 1 month of free technical support after go-live. During that period we fix any bugs and answer your questions at no extra charge. Beyond that, you can choose one of our monthly maintenance plans (€19, €49 or €99/month depending on your needs), which include hosting, backups, content updates and priority support.
Can I see examples of websites you have built?
Of course! Our portfolio is available on the Projects page of this site. You'll find a selection of recent work spanning showcase websites, e-commerce stores and web applications. For each project we detail the challenges faced, the solutions delivered and the results achieved. If you'd like to see examples specific to your industry, just mention it when you get in touch.
Do you only work with businesses in Nantes?
No — we work with clients across France and Europe. Almost all of our projects are managed remotely using modern collaboration tools: video calls, shared prototypes and screen sharing. If you are based in Loire-Atlantique, we also offer in-person meetings for discovery sessions or creative sign-off. Distance has never been a barrier to a successful project.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is central to our process. We work in stages and involve you at every key milestone — wireframes, prototype, development — so there are no surprises at handover. We only request the final 80% once you are fully happy. If adjustments are needed, we make them until the result meets your expectations. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not a one-off transaction.
